Resident Services Supervisor (AN)

Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day care and support provided to residents in accordance with the Home's policies and procedures.

Plan, organise and implement suitable programmes and activities to promote residents well-being, engagement and quality of life.

Conduct regular resident interviews and maintain accurate monthly interview records and documentation.

Monitor the condition and proper maintenance of the Home's equipment and report any defects or maintenance requirements to the appropriate personnel.

Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, tidiness and general upkeep of the Home's premises.
