About the Role
The Clinical Services Department at SNEC is seeking motivated and committed doctors to join us as Resident Physicians / Senior Resident Physicians. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily running of ophthalmology clinics and provide support to the department in delivering high-quality patient care. Employment will be on a contract basis, renewable based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily outpatient clinics and assigned clinical duties
• Deliver safe and effective care for patients under supervision of senior consultants
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
• Participate in departmental teaching and training sessions
• Take on-call duties as rostered
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor / Head of Department

Requirements

• Basic medical degree (Second Schedule, Medical Registration Act) OR postgraduate medical qualification registrable with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC)
• At least 3 years of ophthalmology practice experience
• SMC-registered candidates only
• Must be adaptable, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing and able to perform calls
