Resident Health & Care Supervisor (AN)

Support the delivery of residents routine health and care services under the direction of the doctor and registered nurse.

Assist in monitoring residents general health and coordinate with nursing personnel regarding routine care and follow-up needs.

Guide and supervise nursing aides and health attendants in performing their assigned duties and report performance or care-related concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

Assist with emergency response procedures at the Home and promptly notify the appropriate healthcare professional or emergency service when required.
