Job Description
Job Description:
- To liaise and conduct inspection with the Main Contractors Engineer/Supervisor.
- Supervision & Inspection for Piling, ERSS, Deep Excavation & precast work with approved dwg, specification, rule & regulation.
- Carry out supervision and fully responsible all structural works carried out according to approved drawings
- To monitor the progress on structural inspection on all Structural works according to the approved drawings issued.
- To check and monitor the Structural and Architectural works according to the contract drawings, specifications, approved shop drawings and method of statements
- To provide wherever and whenever necessary standing supervision for the construction of civil and structural works in accordance to the Project specifications, construction drawings and Building Control Act and Regulations.
- To oversee in all aspects relating to the construction of the Project.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized university and registered with IES/ACES as a Resident Engineer
- Registered RE with IES
- Minimum 5 years experience as Resident Engineer in precast high rise residential building project.
- Knowledgeable with local authority's regulations and requirements (BCA)
- Experienced with PPVC is added advantage
