Resident Engineer

Job Description:

START WORK : EARLY MARCH 2026
LOCATION : EAST

To supervise and inspect works

To maintain essential site records

To co-ordinate Project until the Project is completed

Relevant experience in Bored piles, RC works and structural steel works.

Relevant experience in architectural building works, ID finishing fit out works and coordination.

Must be fully conversant with Building Control Act and Regulations.

To attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings Interpret drawings and contract documents on works to be carried.

To manage the site supervisors with respect to C&S engineering works, architectural and M&E engineering works.

Recognized Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering acceptable for registration with the PE Board, Singapore.

Accredited with IES/ACES with a valid Resident Engineer Practicing.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the supervision of structural & architectural works.

Must be familiar with local Regulations/Codes for Civil and Structural related to building projects.

Must have experience in condominium project.

A good team player and experience in leading a team of Resident Technical Officers.

Carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a university accredited by PE Board Singapore

Experience in full-time site supervision and accredited with IES/ACES

Experience in Process Plants project will be an advantage

Location of work: Western part of Singapore
