Job Summary
You will lead and supervise the construction of luxurious bungalows, ensuring quality and safety standards across demolition, ERSS, structural reinforced concrete, and steel works. You will monitor progress, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and maintain comprehensive engineering records to drive project success.
Responsibilities
- Lead supervision of demolition activities to ensure safe and compliant execution on site
- Oversee ERSS (Earth Retaining and Stabilizing Structures) works to maintain structural integrity and safety
- Manage structural reinforced concrete (RC) works to meet design specifications and quality standards
- Supervise structural steel work, including fabrication and erection, to ensure precision and compliance with engineering requirements
- Coordinate and verify all necessary structural tests to validate construction quality and safety
- Monitor construction progress and produce detailed reports to inform project stakeholders
- Maintain and update comprehensive records of all engineering works and property documentation
- Attend and actively contribute to site, progress, variation, and coordination meetings to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving
- Apply leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary teams and resolve on-site challenges efficiently
- Collaborate with Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) teams to support coordination efforts and optimize construction workflows (advantageous skill)
