Job Description:

Lead the M&E Site Supervision team
Work together with Site Supervision team
Site supervision, quality control, inspection of Mechanical & Electrical Installation
Ensure compliance with design specifications, code of practices and Employer's in-house requirements.
Keeping site records of all inspections, reinspections, testing & commissioning reports
Verification of final test records, certifications, as-built drawings, and handing over documents to Employer.

Requirements:

A recognized degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Equivalent, recognised by PE Board Singapore.
Min. 10 years working experience in supervision of Mechanical and Electrical Installations.
Working experience in Public Project, Institution, Infrastructures, High-End Residential or Commercial Buildings is preferred.
Experience in Addition & Alteration Works
Supervision experience in conservation project will be an added advantage.
Certification with IES/ACES will be an added advantage
