Project location: Jalan Bukit Merah
Job Description:
- Able to work within a team and resolve issues associate with site inspection.
- Perform critical standing supervision and oversee daily site activities, ensuring all works align with approved drawings and specifications.
- Attend to project meetings, site audits, and independently prepare detailed site progress reports.
- Coordinate and liaison with Engineers to address contractor inquiries and technical clarifications.
- Witness inspections, testing, and commissioning conducted by subcontractors, ensuring compliance with quality standards, designs and specifications.
- Compile and manage documentation of equipment, materials, inspections, and test certificates submitted by contractors for project records.
- Review of drawings and technical specifications
- Support project planning, preparation of design documentation, and submission to relevant authorities.
- Ensure company's safety protocols and compliance are complied with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain site records, including daily reports, progress updates, and inspection logs.
- Perform additional tasks assigned.
- Commence in September/October 2025
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution.
- Experience in supervision of Mechanical Services installation for local Healthcare would be added advantage.
- A registered Resident Engineer with IES / ACES is an added advantage.
- Minimum 8 years working experience as a Resident Engineer on local projects.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills.
