Resident Engineer

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Resident Engineer or in a similar role within the civil/structural engineering industry, with experience in HDB upgrading projects, if any

Good personal character, responsible, with professional integrity

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality control procedures

Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders

Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety requirements

Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools
