Education & Qualification
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Registered as Resident Engineer with BCA/IES/ACES.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant site supervision experience as a resident engineer.
Skills And Knowledge
- Strong technical knowledge to review design details and method statements.
- Ability to resolve site issues during construction.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and authority requirements.
- Completion of at least one safety course and ability to identify potential safety infringements.
- Ability to manage a team of Site Supervisors (for Senior Resident Engineer, Resident Engineer, and Resident Architect roles).
- Administrative skills to maintain discipline and manage personnel records.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively as a team player.
- Diligent, methodical, and meticulous.
- Willingness to work overtime and adapt to digitalization efforts in projects.
- Keen learner and supportive of new technologies in the built environment.
