Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical point of contact onsite, maintaining and strengthening the relationship with the customer.

Understand customer requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure smooth operations and alignment with best practices.

Requirements

Proven expertise in Fortinet core technologies.

Experience with SIEM solutions is a strong plus.

Excellent communication and customerfacing skills.

Flexibility and willingness to learn new technical areas as needed.
