Resident Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and safety regulations.
• Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, and material submissions.
• Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve technical/site issues.
• Lead and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities on project matters.
• Manage and mentor Resident Technical Officers (RTOs) and site supervision team.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including site records, progress reports, and quality control.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering from a recognised institution and accredited by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant site supervision experience, with at least 3 years in road/viaduct/tunnel
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and lead a team effectively.
