Job Description
Job Description:
- Manage a team of site staff and at the same time, provide construction supervision services of the project to ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site
- Ensure that the works are carried out by the contractors in accordance with the contract specifications of quantities, drawings and all other contract documents.
- Undertake any other duties related to the project assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent or accreditation recognized by PEB Singapore
- Possess at least 8-10 years of relevant site supervision experience as a resident engineer
- Registered as Resident Engineer accredited by IES/ACES
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Project for project update and reports
- Familiar with local codes & regulations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
