Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead the site supervision team in all Civil, Structural, and Building Construction works.
Assist the Chief Resident Engineer and Construction Manager with Civil and Structural site inspections, contract-related matters, defect identification, and supervision of rectification works.
Address and respond to contractors Requests for Information (RFIs) and technical submissions.
Assess method statements and instrumentation readings, coordinate with engineers from other disciplines, and liaise with the design team/QP at HQ.
Attend all site and project-related meetings, participate in discussions with clients and contractors, and lead technical and work progress discussions.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering, preferably recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore.
Minimum 10 years of construction experience supervising Civil and Structural works in water or used water treatment projects.
Registered with the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) as a Resident Engineer (Civil).
Good communication and leadership skills.
