Resident Engineer (Residential Development)

1. Minimum 5 years experience as a Resident Engineer, with site experience in construction management and supervision of residential condominium developments.

2. Experience in ERSS supervision.

3. Experience in PBU and precast supervision.

4. Registered with IES/ACES as a Resident Engineer.

5. Able to lead a team of site management staff and ensure compliance with Consultants and Government authorities requirements.

6. Good team player, with the ability to oversee and ensure contractors complete defect rectification within stipulated timelines.

7. Preferably with prior experience in semi top-down construction and high-rise developments with basement works.

8. Preferably with experience in working with marine clay condition and grout mix pile.
