Responsibilities
- To supervise the project to ensure that the works are constructed in accordance to the project specifications, construction drawings and Building Control Act and Regulations.
- Manage and supervise the RTOs in performing their duties on site so that they can provide satisfactory supervision.
- Provide administrative control and maintaining proper records including site attendance, leave records, overtime records and inspections checklists.
- Review Contractor's submissions, work method statements and work demonstrations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolving site discrepancies to prevent delays.
- Attend site meetings, highlighting foreseeable problems and recommending possible solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering with which 1years must be in residential/commercial project as RE.
- Must have accredited as RE (C&S).
- Project location: Changi East/Jurong West
