Perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act.
Ensure that all the civil & structural and M&E works are constructed in accordance with drawings and specifications and the Building Control Act and Regulations.
Supervise concreting, pavement, drainage construction works (applicable for C&S)
Carry out checks on compaction and curing of concrete (applicable for C&S)
Carry out checks on striking of formwork, re-props and removal of props (applicable for C&S)
Carry out checks on quality & erection of precast components (applicable for C&S)
Qualification:
Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore.
