Project: HDB at West region (BTO)
Job Description:
- Provide standing supervision as and when directed by Consultant team.
- Witness all inspections, testing and commissioning sessions performed by Sub-contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards, designs and specifications.
- Compile relevant equipment, material, inspection and test certificated submitted by the contractors as required for the project records.
- Ensure company's safety rule is complied with.
- Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to drawings and specifications.
- Attend site meetings and perform site inspections.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Any other task assigned from time to time.
- Commencement of work March 2026.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized university and registered with IES/ACES as a Resident Engineer
- Minimum 3 years experiences as Resident Engineer in precast high rise residential building project.
- Experience in building projects, experience in HDB projects will be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferably conversant with local codes and familiar with local authority's regulations and requirements
