Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise architectural works to ensure compliance with approved designs, statutory requirements, and quality standards.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements.
- Conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and manage non-conformance or defects rectification.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to resolve architectural issues and ensure integration with other trades.
- Maintain project documentation, issue site instructions, and support completion inspections (TOP/CSC).
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture from a recognised university and eligible for registration with the Board of Architects Singapore.
- Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience on large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, local codes, and construction methods.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and BIM viewing tools.
