Responsibilities
- Perform medical-grade aesthetic treatments including injectables (Botox, skin boosters, fillers), Pico Laser, Helio laser treatments, chemical peels, and thread lifts to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Develop and implement personalized patient treatment plans by assessing patient concerns and recommending appropriate aesthetic procedures
- Conduct thorough consultations to educate patients on treatment options, expected results, and care protocols
- Monitor and review patient progress regularly to adjust treatment plans and ensure high standards of care
- Manage patient enquiries effectively, providing clear and accurate information about treatment courses and post-treatment care
- Train and mentor clinical staff to uphold clinical excellence and consistent patient care standards
- Foster a collaborative and respectful workplace environment that supports team performance and patient satisfaction
- Promote a friendly, warm, and exceptional patient experience throughout all interactions
Required competencies and certifications
- Medical degree: MBBS, MBChB, MBBCh, MD or equivalent
- Registration with the Singapore Medical Council
- Attainment of all relevant Certificate of Competence (COCs) for aesthetic procedures
