Job Responsibilities
- To play a pivotal role in executing Sustainability focused Connect & Develop incubation projects
- To research, develop & collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive technological excellence
Project Leadership
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in designing, developing, and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Ensure successful project delivery within project timelines, budgets and Quality metrics
Collaboration And Partnerships
- Engage with startups, research institutions and industry experts.
- Represent Yokogawa at conferences, workshops, and industry events
Technical Expertise
- Develop solutions in sustainability focus areas such as Net Zero, Circular economy, and well being
- Contribute to patent filings and intellectual property development
- Publish white papers and represent in conferences
Below Duties By Default Due To ISMS Requirements
- Maintain confidentiality of the Information received, either in writing or verbally, whether technical, business, legal, organizational, personal or any other information that could result in damage to Yokogawa in case of disclosure to unauthorized persons, regardless of whether the information is classified as confidential or not
- Take all reasonable, necessary, and appropriate steps to safeguard confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Yokogawa's assets and information
Job Requirements
- Degree/Masters in Engineering, Science, Management
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in technology development, research, or innovation in sensing, control and optimization
- Proven track record of proposing / executing successful R&D grant projects and Research collaborations
- Relevant data analytics and programming skills needed to support the research work
- Experience in handling both agile projects and an industry projects
- Experience in New ventures, Small business growth, Start ups is a plus
