We are currently looking for a Research Scientist in Embodied AI to lead cutting ‑ edge research at the intersection of AI, simulation, and physical robotics.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead AI ‑ driven robotics research and translate outcomes into industrial applications.
- Develop algorithms for manipulation, navigation, and adaptive autonomy.
- Build high ‑ fidelity simulations using Isaac Sim, Gazebo, or similar tools.
- Apply machine learning and deep learning to improve robot control and decision ‑ making.
- Prototype software solutions using C++/Python and ROS/ROS2.
- Integrate perception systems (vision, force/torque) for robust robot interaction.
- Publish research and contribute to technical documentation.
Job Requirements
- PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical/Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong skills in C++ and Python; experience with ROS/ROS2.
- Hands ‑ on experience with AI/ML (e.g. reinforcement or imitation learning).
- Familiarity with robotics simulators, Git, and the software development lifecycle.
- Nice to have: CI/CD, containerisation, systems integration, humanoid robotics, or semiconductor equipment experience.
