We are seeking a Research Fellow to develop and validate AI algorithms for groundbreaking healthcare projects. You'll lead technical development, collaborate with clinical teams, and contribute to research publications that position SingHealth at the forefront of AI-driven healthcare innovation.

What You Will Do:

You will develop and validate AI algorithms for digital innovation projects, exploring novel technical methods and serving as a technical lead for cluster-wide AI initiatives. Your role involves coordinating retrospective data collection, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including coordinators and biostatisticians, and ensuring robust data analysis processes. You'll report scientific outcomes to Principal Investigators and collaborators, draft research reports for leadership, and publish findings in international journals whilst disseminating research through reputable outlets. Additionally, you'll participate in committees and working groups, undertake management functions as required, ensure compliance with ethical and cybersecurity requirements, and guide junior AI scientists in technical methodologies and publication processes.

Job Requirements:

• PhD qualification
• Experience with clinical research study principles
• Proficiency in coding software, machine learning, deep learning, and state-of-the-art AI techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to develop creative solutions
• Ability to drive AI activities and explore novel technical areas that can translate into the clinical space
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong presentation abilities
• Ability to work independently with dedication and multitask effectively
