[What the role is]

[What you will be working on]

.Prepare, conduct, and maintain mammalian tissue culture under sterile conditions.

.Assist in co-culture and 3D culture experiments within Organ-on-Chip systems.

.Perform CAD-based design using AutoCAD, 3DMax, or Blender.

.Support the design, fabrication, assembly, and testing of Organ-on-Chip prototypes.

.Conduct analytical assays such as ELISA, immunohistochemistry, RT-qPCR, microscopy, and HPLC.

.Manage experimental documentation, reagent inventory, and data logging.

.Perform data analysis on experimental works.

.Ensure compliance with safety protocols and proper waste disposal procedures.

[What we are looking for]

.Qualification in disciplines such as Biology, Biomedical Science, Bioengineering, or related fields.

.Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant work experience.

.Practical experience in mammalian tissue culture and aseptic techniques.

.Familiar with bioanalytical techniques such as ELISA, IHC, RT-qPCR, microscopy, or HPLC.

.Proficiency in CAD or 3D modelling software (AutoCAD, 3DMax, Blender), engineering design and 3D printing (stereolithography) will be preferred.

.Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration, actively supporting peers, interns, and project members.

.Responsible and organised, effective in managing time and multitasking across experiments and lab operations.

.Displays initiative and adaptability, with a readiness to learn new techniques and adopt new tools.
