Role Overview

We are looking for a Research Executive to join our Quantitative Research team under the Business Delivery Unit. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end support across research design, data collection, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where precision and insight generation are key to driving client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design, execution, and management of quantitative research projects from start to finish, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
  • Assist in questionnaire development, survey scripting checks, sample management, and fieldwork coordination.
  • Perform data cleaning, validation, and tabulation using statistical software or Excel-based tools.
  • Analyze survey results to identify patterns, and actionable insights that address client objectives.
  • Prepare PowerPoint reports and visual dashboards that effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (research, analytics, and project management) to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields.
  • 1 year of experience in quantitative market research (internship experience considered).
  • Solid understanding of research fundamentals (sampling, weighting, questionnaire design, statistical significance).
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and at least one data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, and Tableau)
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and logical reasoning skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
  • Organized and methodical, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive and curious mindset, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Bilingual in English and at least one other language (Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil) preferred.
