Work Hours: 9am - 6.30pm (Mon-Thu), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)
Job Description:
- Assist in developing the knowledge management repository by drafting guidelines, restructuring data for proper documentation, and ensuring ease of information retrieval.
- Provide support in audit-related matters, including collating inputs and preparing timely responses to auditors queries.
- Conduct desktop research and data collation to support policy reviews, including studying infrastructure planning approaches from other sectors.
- Support procurement processes to appoint consultants for research related to policy reviews.
- Coordinate budget and expenditure tracking for infrastructure projects, including maintaining monthly expenditure reports and consolidating financial returns for financial reporting.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public Administration, Social Sciences or relevant field.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities with familiarity on knowledgement management processes will be an advantage.
