RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with various parties, e.g. hospitals, nurses and patients.
- Support hospital staff in data collection and use of AI system during survey interviews.
- Give feedback to the team on the user experiences.
- Assist in research paper writing.
- Administrative matters related to this project.
- Any other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing, healthcare management, community health, social work, psychology or related disciplines.
- Familiar with healthcare and social care sector.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in hospital, clinic or nursing homes.
- Excellent communication skills with frail seniors and their caregivers.
- Able to work with required software and hardware for survey interviews.
- Proven track record and professional experience in nursing or related field, priority will be given to candidate with experience in InterRAI.
- Ability to work cooperatively as part of a small, agile academic research team is essential.
- Good knowledge in healthcare and IT.
- Proficiency in office software like Microsoft Excel.
- Open to working with software and hardware required for the project.
- Demonstrated experience and know-how on communicating with elderly people and their caregivers.
- Ability to conduct interviews and complete questionnaire.
- Applicants with research experience in applying AI for aging problems will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively with team members.
