Research Associate

Job Description

• Assist in conducting experiments according to established protocols and procedures
• Ensure accurate data collection and adherence to experimental timelines
• Collect and organize data from experiments and research activities
• Assist in preliminary data analysis and interpretation under supervision
• Record experimental procedures, observations, and results accurately
• Maintain detailed and organized records of research activities and data
• Assist in literature searches and reviews to support research hypotheses and methodologies
• Contribute to background research and discussions on project development
• Work collaboratively with team members
• Communicate research progress, findings, and challenges effectively within the research team
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Participate in safety training and maintain a safe working environment
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge
• Engage in learning opportunities to understand new techniques and methodologies

Job Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field with Science/ Biomedical Sciences preferred.
• Proficiency with scientific instrumentation and equipment.
• Familiarity with software tools for data organization and preliminary analysis.
• Experience in collecting, processing and interpreting research data.
• Ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey research findings.
• Ability to critically evaluate research outcomes and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-based, cross-functional research environment.
