About National Integrated Centre for Evaluation (NiCE)

National Integrated Centre for Evaluation (NiCE) @ NTU is a collaboration between Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) and NTU. Strategically located in NTU to leverage on their knowledge, expertise and experience in software and hardware assurance, it is the first of its kind in South-East Asia. The joint centre serves as a one-stop facility for product testing, inspection and evaluation and aims to harness synergy within the ecosystem to develop competencies and evaluation techniques. Job Description

We are looking for aResearch Associate to join the centre, driving its mission to advance knowledge and support the government, industry and academia in the area of Testing, Inspection and Certification for Cyber Security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist our researchers in equipment usage and service provision at the facility

  • Plan, conduct or participate in lab tours and events and introduces the techniques, capabilities and activities of the centre

  • Support research and research project management

  • Assist in facility operations and safety compliance

  • Undertake and drive ad-hoc projects

  • Support other duties as requested

Job Requirements:

  • Master's degree, STEM fields are preferred

  • 1-5 years of working experience preferred

  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications, especially excel, word and power point

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Conscientious, detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

  • Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • High adaptability and has interest in learning a broad spectrum of activities and scope
