Job Description
We are hiring a Research Associate (RA) to study the desiccation induced crack in clay barriers.
The Selected RA Is Required To
- Develop a phase field model considering elastoplasticity and absorption.
- Extend to make the complex thermo-hydro-mechanical-chemical environment with application to practice.
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a master's degree in relevant field.
- At least 2 years or more of relevant work experience.
- Has demonstrated research or professional background that aligns with the development of the topic.
- Experience in multiple areas is highly desirable.
- Exhibit proficiency in coupled multi-phase modelling and phase field modelling.
- Display strong teamwork capabilities.
- Effective communication skills; written and spoken.
