Job Description

We are hiring a Research Associate (RA) to study the desiccation induced crack in clay barriers.

The selected RA is required to:
. Develop a phase field model considering elastoplasticity and absorption.
. Extend to make the complex thermo-hydro-mechanical-chemical environment with application to practice.

Job Requirements

. Possess at least a master's degree in relevant field.
. At least 2 years or more of relevant work experience.
. Has demonstrated research or professional background that aligns with the development of the topic.
. Experience in multiple areas is highly desirable.
. Exhibit proficiency in coupled multi-phase modelling and phase field modelling.
. Display strong teamwork capabilities.
. Effective communication skills written and spoken.
