Job Scope:
- Contribute to the development andimplementation of research projects
- Data collection from populations served by the social service sector
- Setting up and maintaining databases and dashboards on Excel
- Liaising with and monitoring research data collection by collaborators
- Data collation and analyses, literature reviews, assisting with qualitative interviews or focus groups
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of quantitative and quantitative social science research methodologies
- Good understanding of intermediate-level statistical analyses
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Meticulous, detailed-oriented, highly organised, able to work independently to manage multiple deadlines
- Degree in Psychology or relevant disciplines
- Prior research experience related to psychology
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and statistical software
