Research Assistant - JL

Working Location: Caldecott
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable for another 6 months)
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 6pm, Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Basic Salary: $4,200 per month

Background:
You will assist in conducting research that focus on integrating social scientific principles in the early childhood research and developing scientifically informed solutions to improve early intervention for children with developmental needs.

You will be working closely with your supervisor and a team of researchers in the evaluation of Early Intervention (EI) programmes.

Responsibilities:

. Conduct literature reviews

. Preparing research materials for data collection

. Administer psychological assessments

. Managing data (e.g. data entry/coding/cleaning/wrangling)

. Preparing and presenting findings to stakeholders

. Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirement:

. A good degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Public Health, Economics, Early Childhood Education (equilvalent to Second Upper & above)

. Proficient in any statistical data analysis software (e.g. SPSS, R, Mplus)

. Prior experience in designing, conducting or managing surveys (e.g. Qualtrics, FormSG) would be an advantage

. Immediate Starters are preferred (Not serving any notice period)
