Eligibility
Must have completed or be in the final year of a Bachelor's degree in:
- Computer Science
- Data Science
- Quantitative Social Science (e.g., Economics, Political Science, Sociology with strong quantitative training)
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning and evaluation.
- Conduct statistical analysis and quantitative modeling of social science data.
- Build and maintain experimental platforms for computational social science studies.
- Run analyses on datasets, ensuring methodological rigor and reproducibility.
- Contribute to writing research findings for academic publication.
- Collaborate with faculty and graduate researchers on project design and execution.
- Strong programming skills (Python, R, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Interest in computational social science and interdisciplinary research.
- Hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI and social science methods.
