Project Title: Young Tembusu Programme Phase 2: Scaling a Research-Informed Model of Enrichment Programme for Holistic Youth Development
Project Introduction: The Young Tembusu Programme (YTP) Phase 2 is a research-informed enrichment initiative that scales a holistic youth development model for disadvantaged students from participating schools, delivered through interdisciplinary sub-programmes conducted during the June and December school holidays. Building on the pilot phase, the programme provides structured, high-quality learning experiences during periods when youths may have limited access to enrichment, with a focus on supporting students cognitive, social, and emotional development, as well as dispositions such as agency, resilience, and creativity.
Requirements:
Responsibilities:
. Liaise with stakeholders (E.g. participating schools/parents/teachers, external partners and other researchers involved in the project)
. Planning, preparation, and implementation of data collection
. Data cleaning and coding
. Synthesising of information from research findings
. Preparation of presentation materials
. Other tasks as assigned by the Principal Investigator / Co-PIs
