RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, programme, and pilot discrete choice experiment (DCE) survey instruments for both employer and employee modules, including attribute selection, experimental design optimisation, and Qualtrics implementation.
  • Coordinate data collection with SNEF and survey vendors manage survey distribution, monitor response rates, and ensure data quality through attention and consistency checks.
  • Clean, process, and manage survey data conduct econometric analysis including conditional logit, mixed logit, and latent class models to estimate willingness-to-pay and willingness-to-accept for flexible work arrangements.
  • Conduct literature reviews, assist in preparing research manuscripts for submission to academic journals, and contribute to policy briefs and presentations for stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree (Honours) or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, or a related quantitative social science discipline.
  • Candidates with a Master's degree or coursework in econometrics, microeconomics, or labour economics are preferred.
  • Proficiency in Stata, R, or Python for econometric analysis and data management.
  • Strong foundation in microeconometrics.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English ability to produce clear research documentation and contribute to academic writing.
