Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work from home. The Research and Development Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of R&D projects. Responsibilities include managing the research team, developing strategies to achieve company goals, and ensuring timely project deliverables. Collaboration with other departments and staying updated on industry trends and innovations will also be key components of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Research and Development (R&D) and data-driven research methodologies
• Strong Team Management and Team Leadership capabilities
• Experience with Project Management and effective task prioritization
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Familiarity with trends in small business development or e-commerce platforms is a plus
