Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Research and Development Manager, based in Singapore, with flexibility for some remote work. The Research and Development Manager will lead R&D initiatives, manage projects, oversee the research process, and strategize innovative solutions. The role entails guiding a team of researchers, driving project execution, and collaborating across departments to align R&D activities with the organization's goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and the ability to design and execute innovative research strategies
- Proficiency in various aspects of Research and a proven track record in identifying and solving complex problems through analytical thinking
- Experience in Team Management, Team Leadership, and the ability to mentor and motivate team members
- Skilled in Project Management to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project objectives
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Master's or higher degree in a relevant field such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Familiarity with emerging AI technologies and their applications is advantageous
- Adaptability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
