Research and Development Director / R&D Manager

This is a part-time hybrid position for the Research and Development Director / R&D Manager located in Singapore. The role involves leading research initiatives, overseeing R&D projects, and driving innovation strategies. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring milestones and goals are met within specified timelines. This role requires collaboration both in-office and remotely to align initiatives with organizational objectives and foster effective communication.

• Strong skills in Research and Development (R&D) and Research methodologies to drive innovation initiatives
• Proven experience in Team Leadership and Team Management to ensure effective collaboration and goal alignment
• Proficiency in Project Management to plan, execute, and monitor projects while meeting deadlines
• Ability to innovate, think critically, and solve problems effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders and team members
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role in R&D is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Science, or Business Management
