Research and Development Director / R&D Manager

This is a part-time on-site role for a Research and Development Director / R&D Manager located in Singapore. The individual in this role will oversee and lead research and development initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and drive innovative projects to successful outcomes. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing R&D strategies, supervising team productivity, fostering collaboration, and ensuring compliance with organizational and industry standards. The Director/Manager will also actively contribute to advancing organizational objectives through impactful research and effective project management.

• Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) processes and methodologies
• Strong skills in Team Management and Team Leadership, with a proven ability to mentor and inspire multi-disciplinary teams
• Proficiency in Research and analytical skills to drive innovation and data-based decision-making
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex projects
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the field
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in project or team management are a plus
