Key Responsibilities:- Data Collection & Analysis:
- Conduct primary and secondary research to collect relevant data, industry trends, and market intelligence. Analyze data from various sources to generate actionable insights.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare detailed research reports, presentations, and summaries of findings for internal teams and clients. Ensure all research is clearly documented and can be easily referenced.
- Market Intelligence:
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations for business growth.
- Survey & Interview Support:
- Assist in designing and conducting surveys, interviews, and focus groups. Collect qualitative and quantitative data to support research initiatives.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, strategy, and product development to align research efforts with organizational goals and business objectives.
- Data Interpretation:
- Use statistical tools and software to interpret complex data sets. Present findings in a clear, concise manner, making them accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuous Learning & Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research methodologies, tools, and industry trends. Continuously improve research processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Market Research, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Research Analyst or in a similar analytical role (internships or work experience).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret large amounts of data.
- Proficiency in research methodologies (both qualitative and quantitative).
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, R, Python, or similar.
- Solid understanding of market research and competitive analysis techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly and concisely.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
- Familiarity with survey platforms (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics).
- Understanding of business intelligence and strategic planning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
