Research Analyst

Role Description:

The Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting thorough research and analysis to provide actionable insights that support decision-making within the organization. This role involves gathering data from a variety of sources, analyzing trends, and synthesizing findings to produce clear, concise reports and recommendations. The Research Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, identify areas for research, and deliver evidence-based solutions. Key responsibilities include designing and conducting surveys, performing market analysis, assessing competitor strategies, and analyzing economic or industry-specific data. The Research Analyst will also assist in preparing presentations, reports, and publications that clearly communicate research findings to senior management and other key stakeholders. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, processing, and interpretation.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including market research, competitor analysis, and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with databases and data management tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present research findings clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, and insights within complex data sets.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate research needs and provide timely, relevant insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven recommendations based on research findings.
• Previous experience in research, consulting, or analytics is a plus.
