Edelman DXI Human Intelligence is looking for a curious, self-motivated, and eager-to-learn team player to join our internship program. This is a hands-on opportunity to build foundational skills in research, data analysis, and AI-powered insights - all within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

About EdelmanNEXT

EdelmanNEXT is our enriched internship program designed to provide real-world experience, training, and mentorship. You'll be empowered with the skills and exposure to kickstart a career in research, communications, or marketing analytics.

This full-time, 6-month internship (Jan to Jun 2026) includes a well-rounded curriculum where you will:

What You'll Do

• Assist with project coordination and research execution - from scoping to delivery.
• Support research design, data collection, quality control, and analysis.
• Contribute to both qualitative and quantitative research efforts.
• Use AI-enabled tools for media monitoring, sentiment analysis, and trend detection.
• Help configure and optimize dashboards and automated reporting tools.
• Analyze media and social content for key metrics (e.g., sentiment, influencers, messaging).
• Conduct desk research and landscape reviews to support strategic insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

What We're Looking For

• A quick learner with a growth mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills.
• Interest in data, research, and how AI is transforming the insights space.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office bonus if you've dabbled in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or social listening platforms.
• Exposure to data analysis, statistics, or research methods (qual or quant) is a plus.
• Experience with SPSS, Python, or other analytics tools is a bonus - but not required.

Preferred Background

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Social Sciences, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Curious about how insights shape brand strategy, public opinion, and media narratives.
• Eager to explore how AI can enhance research workflows and storytelling.
