Research Analyst (Healthcare)

The client is an AI investment research firm serving hedge funds and financial services firms. They are growing their independent research team and looking for someone who wants to do more than write reports — you'll help shape the AI Agent product that powers the next generation of equity research.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent, deep-dive fundamental research and publish investment reports
• Build and maintain financial and industry models
• Engage directly with global institutional research clients
• Partner closely with the product team on our AI Agent research tools
• Build and maintain proprietary research databases

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of healthcare/biotech coverage experience (buy-side, sell-side, or consulting)
• Genuine curiosity about how AI is transforming industries — and a point of view on it
• Strong financial modeling and research skills, comfortable working with AI tools
• Fluent business English, with the ability to write buy-side-caliber reports and communicate views clearly
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and energized by a fast-moving startup environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• A strong personal investment track record is a plus
