Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage finance-related matters across research projects, including the processing and submission of participant compensation and other project-related claims.
• Liaise with the finance department to ensure timely processing of payments and reimbursements.
• Ensure all financial submissions are supported by proper documentation and approvals.
• Assist with the scheduling and coordination of research activities.
• Assist with research-related events, documents, reports, or presentations as needed.

• Demonstrated strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal capabilities with a meticulous approach to detail.
  
  

Educational And Professional Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative or research support role, with a strong grasp of financial processes and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, for data management and tracking activities.
• A background in book-keeping and/or accounting would be an advantage.
• Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
