Job Description

Maintain and enhance business dashboards to ensure accurate performance tracking and reporting.
Investigate data discrepancies and identify root causes of reporting or trigger-related issues.
Manage and maintain manual data tracking processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information.
Perform data validation, cleansing and reconciliation activities across multiple sources.
Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly and ad-hoc management reports.
Support ongoing data quality initiatives and process improvement projects.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to resolve data-related issues and improve reporting efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

Degree holder
Experience in data analysis, reporting or business intelligence functions.
Strong Python programming capabilities for data manipulation and analysis.
Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, data validation and reporting automation.
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to identify anomalies and investigate discrepancies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines in a structured and organised manner.
Comfortable working with large datasets and maintaining data accuracy.
