Reporting Analyst (Japanese speaking), Real Estate Investment (Singapore) (CLOSED)

Our client is a real estate investment advisory firm that they cover Japanese clients who invest in overseas real estate such as south-east Asia market. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Reporting Analyst, the role will be in a freelance (independent contractor) basis and the position is based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with property developers in the Southeast Asia market through email or phone to gather project information
• Summarize information and data, consolidate and prepare reports
• Perform analysis on cash flow projections
• Prepare marketing materials and reports for investors
• Liaise with investors to answer their questions through email or phone
• Other ad-hoc duties when necessary

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in reporting, investment support, administration etc
• Business level Japanese language as the role will liaise with Japanese investors
• Good numerical skills, meticulous, motivated
• Good communication and client servicing skills
• Adaptability to work in small office environment
