- Track and update headcount and recruitment data across the organization
- Create management dashboards to monitor headcount trends and attrition
- Build and maintain databases and Excel templates for recruitment planning and analysis
- Prepare financial and hiring affordability reports
- Review hiring requests and highlight any inconsistencies
- Design Excel reports that present data clearly through dashboards, tables, and graphs
- Handle ad hoc data requests and perform analyses
- Support various projects and special tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum Dip/Deg in Data/IT.
- Experience with analyzing large amount of data from a multiple data sources will be preferred
- Ability to create summary reports using MS Excel pivot tables
- Develop MS Excel reports that compile data into understandable formats such as dashboards, tables, graphs
- Proficient in MS Excel, Power Query and MS Access
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and for analytics
