Staff Nurse / Senior Staff Nurse (Renal / Dialysis)

Location: Islandwide
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to $5,500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Benefits: Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) + Variable Bonus
Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8-hour staggered shifts between 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Rest Days: Sundays and Public Holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise dialysis procedures, including initiation and termination of dialysis
• Monitor and document patients vital signs and treatment progress
• Review physician orders and conduct clinical assessments
• Perform blood draws and other relevant clinical tests
• Identify abnormalities and escalate clinical concerns promptly
• Provide education to patients and caregivers on dialysis care
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Maintain accurate and complete nursing documentation
• Participate in care planning discussions and monthly case reviews

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Registered with the relevant nursing board with a valid practising certificate
• Valid BCLS (AED) certification
• Minimum 2 years of dialysis or renal nursing experience
