Join the Technical Solutions Architect team and help simplify how organizations build and operate in the cloud. As a Senior Technical Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role throughout the sales lifecycle, serving as a trusted technical advisor in pre-sales engagements. You will guide customers through both the strategic and technical dimensions of their cloud transformation journey, driving adoption and long-term service consumption.
You will also act as a cloud thought leader, both externally with customers and internally across the company, helping shape innovation and influence product direction.
Drive new cloud customer acquisition and expand existing accounts by partnering with sales teams on technical strategy and solution design
Support customer success and sustained cloud consumption as part of an integrated account team
Lead solution and product innovation initiatives, champion APJ use cases and technologies, and provide input into product roadmaps in collaboration with product management
Establish strong technical thought leadership in cloud computing to support overall business growth across the APJ region
Requirements:
7+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a customer-facing technical role within a cloud or hosting organization
Proven expertise in architecting Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) solutions
Professional-level certifications in AWS, GCP, Azure, Oracle, and/or CNCF
Hands-on experience in at least three of the following domains:
Kubernetes
Cloud networking
Databases and storage
AI and GPU infrastructure
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD tools
Gaming or media streaming technology stacks
Practical knowledge of open-source technologies such as Apache Web Server, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, Nginx, and Terraform
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience delivering cloud professional services is a plus
